Buying, Choosing, Money, Sanity, Save, Time, Tips, Treadmill
So you need a new treadmill but you don’t want the shopping headache. These free tips on choosing a treadmill will help.
1. Arm yourself with knowledge. Know what you want. Ask yourself how you are going to use the treadmill. Are you a runner? Do you walk? How many days a week are you going to use it? Do you need a low profile hood so you can see your TV.? You might also want to think about your space and whether or not you want a folding treadmill. Unless you have a designated gym/room. I would highly advocate a good calibre folding treadmill with good reviews.
2. Heart rate monitors and chest straps are a great idea. You need to know what your target heart rate is, depending upon what your goals are. Maybe it is to lose weight fast, maybe cardio, or maybe both. Some machines come with a heart rate strap that will display your heart rate right on the LCD display. This is a really great and beneficial feature. The heart rate handles you hold on to have some drawbacks, like having to stop travel or running to take your heart rate. With a chest strap you can keep running/walking.
3. User friendly display and buttons. The basic button functions are incline and speed. Most all treadmills have the basic buttons. However some treadmills are more individual friendly than others. For instance one brand puts incline/speed buttons right on the handles. I love this function because it is so convenient to adjust while you are exercising. Also check out the low profile designs.
4. Look for a strong motor and quiet deck. Whether you run or achievement think about a strong (2.5 to 3.0 horsepower) motor. Especially if you workout more than three times a week. It is also a plus if the treadmill has a good calibre quiet deck. You will appreciate this especially if you workout while watching television or while others are asleep.
These key elements will take a lot of the headache out of shopping for a treadmill. Select a calibre superior purchase treadmill with a good warranty and you will reap the rewards.

Avoid, Fraud, Online, Searching, Tips, Trader
Most people who search for “RV Trader Online” are searching for a used RV or you are trying to sell one. Since more than likely you found this by searching for RV trader online or something very similar, you could probably use some tips on how to spot the difference between a good deal and a scam.
Fraud Advisory Number 1: Shipping
One of the biggest online scam running is the pay extra scam. It sounds like a good deal but remember, “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.” In this version, someone will want to pay full price for the trailer. The only problem is they can't come get it because they are overseas, live too far away, etc. Therefore, they will send you a money order for the full price plus a few extra thousand for you to ship it.
What makes this scam work so well is the money order looks real. You can even take it to your bank and move for it to clear before you send the RV. What you do not know is that in the US a bank can only hold money orders and checks so long before releasing the funds. The problem is it could take longer to verify an overseas statement and you get stuck with the bill.
Fraud Advisory Number 2: Deposit Required
Frankly, I am not sure who falls for this one but lots of people do so it is worth mentioning. First, you see a great motor home, travel trailer, or what have you on an online site like Craigslist or EBay. When you contact the seller, they require you to give them a deposit before you are granted to see it. The excuses vary and some can even sound somewhat reasonable like wanting a deposit in case you alteration it.
The scam is evenhandedly straightforward from this point. If you give the crooks a deposit, you will never see it again and more than likely, you will never see the motor home either.
Avoid Fraud with RV Dealers
The easiest way to refrain fraud is with an RV dealer. Many have their used RVs acquirable online for your convenience. Additionally, they have a wide range acquirable making choosing your next RV easier.
However, the biggest benefit is the peace of mind. Even when you are buying a used RV for understanding by owner, if it is on a lot, you know it is the real deal. A reputable RV dealer will not risk their reputation by pulling a fast one.
